Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or damaged. Products that are bought from our shop cannot be returned as they are edible.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to send us an email clearly describing the reason for request within 7 days of receiving your goods. If the product is damaged during use in any way, or you have initiated the refund after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • The issue must be reported to Ooble™ within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
  • Ooble™ must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping.

After we receive your request, our team will evaluate it and process your refund. The final The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
